Payment Terms
- Customers must pay £100 deposit to secure a course place, and the remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the course start date.
- Payment plans can be discussed depending on the course and duration.
- Certificates will not be claimed for until payment is made in full.
- Certificates will not be claimed for until all required units, assessments and exams have been completed and assessed by our IQA and EQA.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel a course, please notify us by email, including your name and booking reference. We are unable to accept cancellations made verbally. (Please contact us at [email protected])
All cancellations will be processed in line with the Terms and Conditions of the original booking. Any refunds due will be returned via bank transfer and you will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation has been completed.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 21 days of your course starting in order to gain a full refund.
- Refund requests made within 20 days of your course starting will result in a 50% refund or a date change of your course.
- If you cancel within the 7-day notice period due to illness, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund however, upon receipt of a doctor's note, we can reschedule your course to a later date.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.
Complaints
- If you are unhappy with any of your training during the course please come and speak to our Centre Manager or inform a member of office staff so we can inform the correct people, we will deal with any issues discreetly.
- If you are not satisfied with aspect of your course, we have a complaints procedure which you must follow in the first instance. We work together to resolve any issues that may arise hence our excellent online reviews.
Claim Policy
This policy outlines the procedures and requirements for claims related to the completion of the Trade Course. It ensures that all claims are processed fairly, transparently, and efficiently.
Eligibility
To be eligible for claims related to the Trade Course, participants must meet the following criteria:
- Completion of all course modules and associated assessments.
- Submission of required documentation, including proof of attendance and course completion certificates.
- Adherence to all course guidelines and policies.
Claim Submission
Claims must be submitted within 10 days of course completion. Participants can submit claims through the designated email to the course administration team.
The following information must be included with each claim:
- Full name and contact information
- Course title, course start date and completion date
- Description of the claim (e.g., feedback)
- Any supporting documentation (receipts, assignments, etc.)
Claim Process
Once a claim is submitted, the following process will occur:
- A confirmation email will be sent within 2 business days acknowledging receipt of the claim.
- The claims team will review the submission to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Participants will be notified of the claim status within 10 business days.
- If further information is needed, the claims team will reach out to the participant directly.
Claims may be approved, denied, or require further information. The outcomes will be communicated promptly through email. If a claim is denied, the participant will receive a detailed explanation of the reasons for the denial.
Appeals
If participants believe their claim was unfairly denied, they may appeal the decision. Appeals must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the denial notice and should include any additional information or documentation that supports the appeal.
Confidentiality
All claims will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality. Information provided during the claims process will only be shared with authorized personnel involved in the claims review.
Policy Amendments
This claims policy may be amended as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in a timely manner.
