Develop the knowledge, understanding and practical skills associated with designing, specifying, installing, inspecting, testing, commissioning and handing over electrical energy storage systems.
The EAL Level 3 Award in the Requirements of Fire Detection and Fire Alarm Systems for Buildings is designed for electricians, fire alarm engineers and other building services professionals who need an up- to-date understanding of BS 5839-1:2025. The course examines the recommendations governing the design, installation, commissioning, handover, verification and maintenance of fire detection and fire alarm systems in non-domestic premises. Training is delivered at CBWA’s purpose-built electrical training centre in Coventry by industry-experienced electrical and fire alarm tutors.
The EAL Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Fire Detection and Alarm Systems in Dwellings is designed for electricians, fire alarm engineers and other building services professionals who require a detailed understanding of BS 5839-6:2019+A1:2020. The course examines the legislation, fire risk assessment, design, installation, commissioning, certification and maintenance requirements for fire detection and alarm systems in domestic premises. Training is delivered at CBWA’s purpose-built electrical training centre in Coventry by industry- experienced electrical and fire alarm tutors.
